Who we are


Besiri Andromachi

She studied Greek Language and Literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (ΑUTH). She attended courses specialized in Ancient Greek and Latin Literature at the University of Granada (UGR), Spain. She participated in seminar courses of ΑUTH regarding Teaching Methodology of language and literature lessons and School Psychology. She has been extensively trained having attended seminars and experiential courses for years concerning the approach of people with disabilities.

Currently, she is teaching Creative Learning in secondary school students and she is cooperating with Non Governmental Organizations teaching Greek as a foreign language. In addition, she works with disabled people aiming at their creative employment, education and integration into society. She speaks English, Italian and Spanish.


Borona Stefania

She studied Greek Language and Literature, with a specialization in Linguistics, at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (ΑUTH). At the same period she attended and successfully completed the interdepartmental programme “Sex and Equality” at AUTH that focuses on equality between the sexes on education. She has participated in seminar courses of ΑUTH titled “New Technologies and Philology”.

She attended linguistic courses at the University of Berlin (Freie Universitat), Germany, where she also taught Greek to German people voluntarily. For years she has been teaching Greek as a foreign/second language to adults on a voluntary basis and within the framework of specific programmes. Furthermore, she is tutoring secondary school students in Greek language and literature (ancient and Greek) as well as creative writing courses. She speaks English.


Nakou Aleksandra

She studied French Language and Literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). She attended seminar courses at Thessaloniki’s French Institute with the title “Learning Foreign Languages via Computers”. She attended specialization courses at the University of Angers, France. In France she cooperated with public organisations teaching Greek, participating in a programme which aimed to smoothly integrate French speaking people in the Greek working environment.

She continued her studies, attending the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Programme of AUTH titled “Language and Communication Sciences in the New Economic Environment”. She is teaching Greek and French to adults and students in private institutes for years. Today, she is working as a teacher of French language in elementary public schools of Northern Greece. She speaks French and English.
